Essay

The object of research is the process of development of gas station network on the basis of the public utility strategy. Subject of research - theoretical, methodical and applied provisions of development of gas station network on the basis of implementing the public utility strategy. The aim of the thesis is developing of new and deepening of existing theoretical principles, guidelines and applied aspects of gas station network development on the basis of implementing the public utility strategy. The practical orientation of the results confirmed inquiries about their implementation in practice. In the process, the following methods are used: systematization and generalization, method of expert evaluations, methods of induction and deduction, instrument cluster analysis, tools, set theory, mathematical modeling method. Scientific novelty of the results is developing of new and deepening of existing theoretical principles, guidelines and applied aspects of services for the development of gas station network on the basis of implementing the public utility strategy. For the first time a process-connected selection mechanism of filling complex network services with alternatives, including the proposed structural and spatial assortment nomenklatura-filling complex power network that will allow owners and managers of filling stations network, implementing the strategy of public utility, adopt economically justified decision on the choice of the model of development services that provide the best expected outcome, is developed. The scope of use of copyright guidelines are the domestic gas station networks.
