Essay

The object of the research is the process of creating public policy for social dialogue in retail trade. The subject of research is theoretical and methodological principles, mechanisms, tools and methods of state regulation of social and labor sphere and implementation social dialogue in retail trade. The purpose of work is the theoretical and methodological principles and rationale applied instruments of state policy for social dialogue in the retail trade. The author uses general scientific and special methods, particularly such as systematization and synthesis, induction and deduction, analysis, synthesis and comparison, DEA- and regression analysis, system-structural analysis, groupings, logical analysis, strategic management, economic and institutional analysis. Scientific novelty is the first introduced into scientific sphere and proposed mechanism for functional and subjective integration for the basic and auxiliary social dialogue; the classical methodological approaches using systems analysis, theoretical and methodological principles and approaches for the study trends and mechanisms of state policy for social dialogue at sectoral level are improved; theoretical approaches to formation of system of the basic principles in the management of labor relations, theoretical and practical, institutional, organizational and economic bases of functioning and implementation of public policy implementation mechanism of social dialogue in retail are developed. The sphere of the use of author recommendations is the state and local governments, community organizations, local businesses and educational institutions.
