Tuzhyk K. Management of the sustainable development of agricultural enterprises

The theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of sustainable development of agricultural enterprises are focused in this research. As a result, synthesis of existing approaches and views on the category of sustainable development in depth the essential characteristics of this category in the system of farm management. The factors influence the sustainability of agricultural enterprises, systematized theoretical and methodological principles of forming the system of sustainable development of agricultural enterprises and methodical approaches assess sustainability of agricultural enterprises. Based on the estimation of sustainability management of agricultural enterprises revealed strengths and weaknesses and sustainable development of enterprises found causal relationships between factors that made it possible to identify targets for sustainable development of agricultural enterprises. Based on a simulation model of sustainable development of agricultural enterprises an experiment using the tools of cognitive maps is run with purpose of which is predicting the development of sustainable agricultural enterprises considering the influence of internal and external environment. After performing several simulations scenarios, was discovered that conversation to the sustainable development of a farm relies on additional profit, which provides the main motivation for farmers to convert from conventional to sustainable development. This allows us to conclude that the profit of agricultural enterprises is not the main factor behind its efficient development.
