Shvedenko P. Features of legal regulation of credit relations with the participation of agricultural producers

The dissertation is devoted to complex research of peculiarities of legal regulation of credit relations with the participation of agricultural producers. Depth study of historical periods of formation and development of crediting in agriculture, discussed in detail the legal relations, folding in the process of crediting of agricultural producers, are characterized by their features, content and features, formulated the concept of agro-credit relations and their structure studied. It argued the feasibility of the study and application in Ukraine acceptable experience lending to agricultural producers in other developed countries. Underlined particular offenses arising in the sphere of crediting of agricultural producers, their characteristics, defined the concept of agro-credit offense reasonably types of enforcement agro-credit commitments guarantees, bank guarantees, collateral/mortgage) referred to their concept, features and peculiarities of, defined responsibility for violation of these obligations. The study made a number of proposals to improve the existing legislation in this area, including taking into account the experience of foreign countries.
