Kurenda S. Land Law Aspects of the Corruption Prevention in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to complex research of land law aspects of corruption prevention in Ukraine. In this paper, the author suggests complex approach on corruption risks in land relations minimization, analyzes legal, organizational and other factors that give rise to or encourage corruption in these respects. A description of substantive and procedural aspects of corruption prevention in the implementation of various public functions in the sphere of land relations is made. As a result of the study the author made a number of new scientific findings on the prevention of corruption in Ukraine in the sphere of land relations, and suggested proposals aimed at improving of current legislation as well as at resolving certain issues in practice of its application.
