Kataieva E. Jurisdiction of Administrative Courts of Ukraine in the Decision of Administrative Cases.

Thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of the doctrinal foundations of legal regulation and practice of justice in the manner prescribed by the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings, the study of the problem of the delimitation of jurisdiction and definition of cases to be considered according to the rules of administrative procedure. Paper analyzes European standards of fair and independent judicial system and their application in administrative proceedings of Ukraine, reveals the essence and contents of the jurisdiction of administrative courts regarding the decision of administrative cases; defines objectives, principles and methods of administrative procedure; investigates the nature and content of the concepts "jurisdiction" and "cognizance" of cases of administrative courts of Ukraine; founds the features of public-law disputes, subject to the jurisdiction of administrative courts and the criteria of their separation from related disputes.
