Essay

The thesis presents a comprehensive study of the administrative and legal framework to ensure the personal safety of prisoners in correctional facilities of Ukraine. It was shown the contents of the law, and studied the current state (1997-2016 years) during its implementation and execution of sentence of imprisonment. Classification of administrative and legal framework to ensure the right of prisoners: a) the principles defined at the constitutional level; b) the principles enshrined in the law; c) the principles that are reflected in international instruments; d) the principles formulated in the departmental legal sources.
