Essay

Dissertation is devoted to solving actual scientific and technical problem of obtaining perforation holes of small diameter (d = 0,1-2,0 mm) of cylindrical or shape profile using water jet guided laser method. It is scientifically proved the hypothesis about the possibility of getting by copying the desired shape holes in thin workpieces by changing the cross section of the jet. There have been developed mathematical models of forming the high-energy flow with paired laser beam with a wavelength of 1062 nm. It is received the picture of the distribution of radiation intensity in the plane of the workpiece. It is shown the dependence of diagram redistributing of radiation intensity by the intersection of the jet from the conditions of fluid leak from nozzle cap. Is proposed radically new design of water jet guided laser head, which allows to combine the laser beam using a ring nozzle, thereby removing the restrictions on fluid pressure and necessity of using special transparent window in the head.
