Essay

The simple and effective synthetic methods of fluorinated cycloalkylamines have been developed. On the base of them first representatives of N-cyclopropylimidoylchlorides, iminophpsphonates and trifluoromethylated isocyanates have been syntesized. The obtained amines and isocyanates were used for synthesis of new derivatives of neonicotinoids which showed the high insecticidal activity and the fluorinated analogues of antidiabetic drug Glibenclamide.
