This thesis addresses analysis of procedural, organizational and tactic features of falsification of medicines and distribution of falsified medicines in modern environment. The author comprehensively analyzed core elements of criminalistic characteristics for the said type of crimes, outlined their criminalistically significant attributes. There was studied the first stage of investigation of studied criminal offences. In addition, there were described typical investigative situations which may occur in investigation of the said crimes, and the ways of their solution.
