Dziuba T. The integrated system of investment potential improvement of the enterprise in the mechanisms of innovative projects implementation.

The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological approaches and scientific and practical recommendations of the integrated system of investment potential improvement of the enterprise formation, which is realized through the established mechanisms of innovative projects implementation. The role and nature of investment potential and innovative projects are defined, the theoretical basis of their formation and realization are determined, and also their place in the enterprise is found. The analysis of the most important indicators, influencing the investment potential of machine-building enterprises is done, and the factors of internal and external environment, that affected the potential are allocated. The integrated system of investment potential improvement of the machine-building enterprises is formed, including a set of existing functions, principles and structural elements of the system, established stages and levers, taking into account the factors and criteria. The mechanisms of innovative projects implementation are developed, that allow to evaluate the investment potential, improve the efficiency of its use, attain innovative projects profitability of enterprises, increase volumes of investment attraction, improve the efficiency of the machine-building enterprises in general. A monitoring system is used to improve the investment potential of the enterprise, which allows to carry out an adequate assessment of current and forecast environmental changes and implement the innovative projects, where the enterprise's feedback channels can track the performance of the investment potential and for the purpose of their increasing perform the innovative projects implementation.
