Yudina M. Mechanism of the cost management of competitive products in machine building companies.

The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical teaching and practical provisions on management cost of competitive products on enterprises of machine building industry, taking into account the current state of the economy and market requirements. In the article developed the essential features for "production costs" and "costs" that part of it, the existing methods and reserves reduce production costs necessary to improve the profitability of enterprises. The analysis of the structure and dynamics of production costs, according to the surveyed companies, generally identified problems of their economic, methodical approaches to machine building an innovative structural system of the cost of production based on criteria breakeven. In the article was developed the mechanism of management cost competitive production of engineering companies, which is a precondition to improving the efficiency of production. There was assessed the state management algorithm of analysis management system optimization of production costs in the manufacture of machinery; presented a comprehensive monitoring system using indicators of costs in the mechanism of management cost competitive products.
