Dev’iatko O. Improvement of the ways of milk transportation during milking to buckets

Dissertation solves a scientific task to increase technological effectiveness of the process during milking the cattle and quality of milk received, by means of improvement of the milking bucket and can lids, as well as development of the machine for pouring and bottling fresh milk. Dissertation makes an assessment of the milk production process and its technological support. Author presents analytical models that define the correlation between the line of air flow through the air filter and the line of milk flow in the milking hose from the bucket to the can. The duration of milk transportation process is analyzed, and the correlation of the speed by the fat content in milk for compliance with rational parameters of protective transporting hub is established. Author researches the possibility of milk pollution on the way from the teat cups to the bucket, and makes an assessment of the milk quality when using protective transporting hub by indicators of general bacterial pollution, the number of somatic cells and milk acidity. The methods and the procedure of research are described.
