In dissertation research the improving the efficiency of operation of milking machines is by structural and technological support of the stabilization process of the vacuum mode. Have completed analysis of milk production in the farms of Ukraine, in particular, modern logistics of dairy farms. Have presented the factors and consequences of regime destabilization vacuum milking machines and analyzes structural and 22 technological support of the stabilization process of the vacuum mode and automatic servo control systems, vacuum pumps. A mathematical model and a numerical simulation of the movement of milk-air mixture for milk-wire line milking plant. A mathematical model of the process of functioning of the system servo rotary vane vacuum pump and numerical modeling its workflow. Have presented the program of experimental research are described installation for experimental studies are presented methods of conducting research and processing of experimental results. The results of experimental studies and the adequacy of mathematical models of the process of moving milk-air mixture in the milking machine, the effect of regime parameters of the rotary vane vacuum pump on the efficiency of its operation and the results of experimental studies of the system servo rotary vane vacuum pump. The calculations of technological parameters of a process of machine milking, a feasibility study for the use of servo control system of the rotary vane vacuum pump of the milking installation.
