Target of the research is nondestructive test processes of line and space-distributed objects in a context of uncertainty of their statistic patterns and limitations of measurement volume. Subject of the research are models, methods and information technologies of processing and visual-analytical analysis of experimental measurements for the tasks of data preparing to support decision making on condition of the studied objects. Research methods are linear algebra, mathematic analysis, theory of probability and mathematical statistics, theory of stochastic processes, adaptive filtration and numerical procedures theories. It was considered the quality management system of Yuzhnoye SDO. It was synthesized new models of supersonic, magnetometric and strain gauge measurements, which according to the expert opinion, better describe the experimental measurements. For the first time it was developed the new estimation methods of stationarity and independence of experimental measurement samples as well as new method of data preparing for the visual-analytical analysis of the condition and quality of linearly extended objects. It was improved digital adaptive filtration method of non-stationary stochastic supersonic measurements ,distorted by contact obstacle and measurement noise. For the first time it was developed new information technologies of bulk data processing with the magnetometric measurements of uniform welded joint units and strain gauge measurements of interstagebay, made of polymeric-composite material. Practical importance of results is confirmed by application of Yuzhnoye work results for analysis of the experimental measurements of space-distributed rocket-space units. It is also used in the educational process at Dnipropetrovsk national university Oles Honchar.
