Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the influence of the polluted environment on the development of systemic enamel hypoplasia in children as well as the improvement of the treatment. It has been proved that there is an interconnection between the prevalence and the severity of the disease with the type of the xenobiotic, decrease of the humoral immunity and disturbances of mineral homeostasis. The current and postponed clinical and laboratory investigations have proved the efficiency of the treatment-prophylactic measures that included an local agent for a „Enamel seal liquid”, prescription of the „Atoxil”, „Imunoplus” and „Calcium-Osteovit”.
