This research focuses on meaning, features, concept and determination of social importance of administrative responsibility of judges in mechanism of corruption counteraction in judiciary. Reveals the features of administrative and legal status of judges as objects of administrative responsibility for corruption crimes, also author substantiate problem-solving approach of correlation between judicial establishment and administrative responsibility of judges.
