The thesis presented new decision of scientific task of developing principles and administrative instruments concerning administrative and legal status of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine and a range of opinions, proposals and recommendations. The object of administrative and legal regulation of state court administration disclosed. Juristic elements of the administrative status of this administration is the central office and regional departments as components of the mechanism of the state. They have a social value to the Ukrainian people in the organizational, legal, financial and logistical support of judicial independence.
