Lomtieva V. Clinical-social characteristic of patients with paranoid schizophrenia with different types of autostigmatization

On the basis of complex dynamical research of clinical-social characteristics of 109 patients with paranoid schizophrenia with different types of autostigmatization there is offered the improvement of rehabilitation measures that is sent to the improvement of the social functioning and quality of life of these patients. It had been learned clinical-social characteristics of patients with paranoid schizophrenia taking into account gender differences. There is investigated phenomenon of autostigmatization of patients with paranoid schizophrenia and distinguished his types and appraised their influence on social functioning of patients. The phenomenon of patients compliance with paranoid schizophrenia which influence on their level and dynamic are studied. It had been improved of the psychoeducational program for patients with paranoid schizophrenia taking into account type of autostigmatization and there is appraised it efficiency by determination of compliance factor "attitude to medication" in the dynamics of treatment and katamnestic research of remission duration. Depending on the type of autostigmatization in the psychoeducational program more attention is spared to clinical symptoms of illness and their treatment, to the concept about mentally ill and possibilities of patients with paranoid schizophrenia and to the relationship between patients and other people.
