Kolodina A. Principles of forensic methods in the crimes investigation activity.

The thesis is one of the first complex scientific works in the domestic doctrine of forensic science, in which the systemic research and scientific analysis of the problems of principles of forensic methods in the crimes investigation activity are made. The concept, content and nature of the investigative activity are researched and the forms of its forensic provision are determined in the thesis. The structure of the system of investigative activity principles is characterized. Special attention is paid to the consideration of forensic methods as a section of forensic science, including the characteristics of the system of forensic methods’ principles, which are classified by theoretical and practical purposes. Scientifically based proposals regarding principles of applying of forensic methods and specific algorithm of their implementation are formulated. A number of new provisions and conclusions, which deepen and improve the content, structure and conceptual apparatus of the forensic science theory and are aimed at improvement of provisions related to the methods of investigation of certain types of crimes and their implementation in practice, are proposed.
