The thesis is devoted to optimize the treatment of patients with gout in conjunction with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis by formulating clinical and pathogenetic preconditions of its origin, early diagnosis and the use in the treatment of fortified soy phospholipids and L-Glutathione. The structure of comorbidity, violations of morpho-functional state of the liver, as well as analyzed the clinical course of gout in patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis in accordance with dismetabolic changes. The carried out correlation analysis of clinical symptoms of gout, morphological and functional changes in the liver, taking into account the level of hyperuricemia and metabolic disorders, and established clinical and pathogenetic predictors of occurrence of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis. Was proved the effect of the standard and modified therapy with soy phospholipids and L-glutathione on the dynamics of morphological and functional changes in the liver and the clinical manifestations in patients with gout in conjunction with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis. The algorithm of early diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of patients with gout in conjunction with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis was designed. The expediency of application of the additional enriched soy phospholipids and L-glutathione in patients with gout in conjunction with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis was proved.
