We have investigated the features of clinical signs and character of changes of the mucous membrane of the lower third of the esophagus in 80 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease and 40 - its combination with endemic goiter. Multidirectional changes in levels of gastrin-17 and cholecystokinin - pankreozymin and pepsinogens I, II were established in patients. It was accompanied by different types of gastrooesophageal refluxes, dysmotility of gastroesophageal zone and thyroid dysfunction. This has led to the use such combined therapy of drugs as proton pump inhibitor, prokinetic, ursodeoxycholic acid and iodine. Branch - medicine.
