Kupyanskу M. Investigation of serial sexual sadistic murders (organizational and tactical principles).

Dissertation is devoted to organizational and tactical principles of investigation of serial sexual sadistic murders. It were researched content and fixed relations among the elements of criminalistic characteristics of serial sexual sadistic murders. It was analyzed forms of investigator cooperation with the police officers during investigation of this category of crimes. The features of creation of investigation groups was also analyzed. The role of criminalistic versions was defined in the planning of investigation. Special attention was paid to tactics of investigation of serial sexual sadistic murders, problem of forming and realization of typical tactical operations, realization of some investigation (search) actions (inspection of crime scene, inspection of corpse, witnesses interrogation, search), use of the special knowledge.
