Bilenska D. Administrative and legal regulation of information relations in Ukraine.

Dissertation is devoted to theoretical thinking and complex problem-solving regulatory consolidation and implementation of information relations in Ukraine administrative law. Conceptual apparatus of this problem and approach to the development of new sources of administrative law in Ukraine are improved. Dissertation examines the formation and development of administrative and legal regulation of information relations, defined by their nature and characteristics. It is noted that administrative law regulated public legal information relations, which has all the legal and administrative properties have their own characteristic features. It is found of possible legal information, given the characteristics of the object of legal information, the content of legal information in administrative law. Foreign experience of legal regulation of information relations is generalized; the possibilities of its use in Ukraine, in particular, the use of monitoring and information-analytical support are defined. The suggestions and recommendations for improving the legislation in this area are formulated.
