Essay

The dissertation is the clinical work, which is dedicated to the improvement of the process of adaptation to dentures in patients with coronary heart disease due to the additional inclusion of rehabilitation pathogenesis reasonable health care industry. As shown by our study of the complex treatment for 80-100 days, the temperature of the mucous membrane in the mouth significantly increased: in the frontal area of the vestibular side on a transitional fold in the upper jaw - 0, 42 ± 0,01 °, in the frontal area ofthe vestibular side on a transitional fold lower jaw - to 0,6 ± 0,01 ° and the front third of the hard palate - on 0,43 ± 0,01 °. Also according rheovasography we have established lower the tone of arteries and arterioles, increasing the blood inflow, toning veins and venous stasis reduce the phenomenon. Amylase activity increased by 7.6 times, and content a-defenziny in oral fluid has increased to 83.65%.
