Essay

Dissertation is devoted to increasing the effectiveness of surgical treatment of patients with droopy ears and involutional ptosis leather bottom face area by determining the optimal boundaries detachment and tension cellulocutaneous flaps in mastoid area. On the basis of morphological studies we can conclude that at the time of surgical interventions in the mastoid area, it is necessary to take into account the length of the stretching of skin and fat flaps. When deformation in the range of 5-10 mm visible pathological changes were detected, this is the optimal minimum and maximum limit of biomechanical parameters during such interventions. Analyzing the results of the evaluation of cosmetic otoplasty, we can conclude that the quality of the severity of the correction antihelix and his legs, and conch-safely angle during cosmetic otoplasty is more effective when it is carrying out on the modified procedure. In group 2 there was no negative fixed and satisfactory results, and excellent rate higher than one group on (40%). Analysis of lower rhytidectomy assessment showed that the healing of tissues and the scar of skin quality correction of a double chin and facial contours with lower rhytidectomy is more effective when it is carrying out on the modified procedure. In group 4 was not fixed and only the negative 1 (6.67%) in case of satisfactory results, and excellent rate higher than for group 3 (53.44%).
