The thesis was dedicated to the justification of the theoretical and methodological fundamentals and the development of practical recommendations for crisis regulation improving of publishing and printing industry in Ukraine. Scientific developments were analyzed in sphere of crisis regulation of national economies. The main instruments of countercyclical regulation were defined. The special attention was given to the methodology of proactive management as the effective instrument of crisis regulation.
