Magdych I. Cash flow management in the investment activity of enterprise

This thesis dedicates to increase the efficiency of cash flow management in the investment activity of breweries. The analytic model was worked out to optimize the enterprise investment cash flow for getting maximum social and economic effects with due regard for financial risks of investment activity. The cash flows were systemized considering their formation and use in the investment activity. Social and practice status was improved due to the optimization of cash flow using the method of "monetary waterfall". It makes provision the diversification of coming out cash flow in according to the priority, the volume, the directions and the periodical expenses of investment recourses. The Scientific and practice tools of estimation influence the money traffic on the investment activity of enterprise were improved. They are founded on the calculation of tree groups of indices for analyzing the cash flow of different business activities, the six groups of indices for estimation of enterprise invest attractiveness and for the influence determination of more important index on the invest attractiveness using the regressive analyses. The Trends of breweries investment activity were systemized. Their complex introduction provides important economic and social effects. The methodical providing the diagnostics of cash flow sensuality on the basis of 8 factors model for integral estimation of their efficiency was proposed. The management structure to increase the effective management of cash flow was approved, on the base of effective system for pushing investment activity of the enterprise.
