Essay

Object: the process of formation competitive strategy of trade enterprises of consumer cooperatives. Purpose: justification of theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations to improve the organizational and economic mechanism of management of development of the enterprises of the hotel industry. Methods: methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization and scientific abstraction, systematic approach, structural and logical analysis, decision making and situational analysis, the theory of the formation of the optimal portfolio of securities, organizational modeling method of average and relative values of fuzzy set theory and the Balanced Scorecard, the theory of fuzzy logic and method of hierarchy analysis. It is offered: it is improved: determining the socio-economic essence of the concept of "competitiveness" of commercial enterprise; interpretation of the essence of the concept of "competitive strategy"; classification of the competitive advantages of commercial enterprise; methodical approach to the assessment of the competitive potential of trade enterprises of consumer cooperatives; gathered subsequent development: methodical approach to assessing the effectiveness of the competitive strategy of trade enterprises of consumer cooperatives; conceptual approach to the development of competitive strategies of commercial enterprises; methodical approach to determining the optimal product mix of commercial enterprise; methodical approach to the formation of competitive strategy of trade enterprises of consumer cooperatives..
