Essay

The thesis is devoted to studies of the clinical and laboratory characteristics of young children's intestinal colic , taking into account clinical and anamnestic mother's data, the parameters of the immuno-inflammatory response of the child's body and the development of differential approach to their correction. To solve this thesis' objectives, we selected 86 children aged from 6 to 66 days, with a basic diagnosis of "Functional disorder of the gastrointestinal tract. Intestinal colic" and two groups of them were formed . The first group consisted of 56 children with functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract without related inflammatory diseases. The second group consisted of 30 children with functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract and recurrent disease of inflammatory character (acute respiratory infections, perinatal infection, pneumonia, pyelonephritis). Children who were on artificial feeding, the base mix was replaced by a treatment based on partially hydrolyzed whey protein with added prebiotics (GOS) (Humana Anticolic). Children breastfed for three feeding a day (at 15.00, 18.00 and 21.00) was replaced by feeding the mixture of partially hydrolyzed whey protein with added prebiotics (GOS) (on the data feeding mothers decanted milk). In addition, the children of the second group received antibiotic therapy. Clinical and laboratory characteristics of intestinal colic in the infants and characteristics of their flow taking into account clinical and anamnestic data of the mother are studied . It is established that the age and state of health of mothers, both before and during pregnancy, have a significant influence on the occurrence of intestinal colic of the children in the future. The role of inflammatory factors in the development of intestinal colic in children during the first months of life on the basis of these indicators cytokine profile of the child's body is proved . The role of violations endoecology of the intestine in the origin of intestinal colic in infants is confirmed. Effectiveness purpose of breast-milk substitutes on the basis of partially hydrolyzed whey protein with added prebiotics (GOS) for the normalization of biocenosis of the intestine in intestinal colic in children is proved. The algorithm of differentiated management of infants with intestinal colic taking into account clinical and anamnestic data of the children and mothers and the dynamic of clinical-laboratory parameters of the survey is developed.
