Essay

The process of consolidation of political parties through the concept of "interaction" because each system is the product of interaction and communication of its elements. There have been analysed the principles of interparty interactions in transforming societies through transitional forms of institutional changes. Interparty interactions have been determined to be a type of communication based on a common shared field (or its absence) of senses, discourses and can be organized by either the subjects of communicative interactions themselves (parties) or can be borrowed or imposed by the political system’s rules and procedures, or in terms of neo-institutional discourse – institutions.
