Semyrak O. Planning and regulation of development of automotive sector in Ukraine

The object of the research is the planning and regulation of automobile industry in Ukraine. The study is making positions and theoretical study methodological and practical recommendations for improving of the planning and regulation of automobile industry in Ukraine. The author used methods: comparative analysis, synthesis, ordering, grouping, abstraction, concretization. Scientific novelty of the results: first proposed the concept of regulation of automotive based on the identification of economic, industrial and social value of it's products; typology of improved macroeconomic planning; planning model of the automobile based on the concept of CEC-targeting been visible; approaches to defining of the functions and powers of regulation of automobile industry in Ukraine on the basis of public-private partnerships; instruments of regulation of development of automotive industry were developed; were further developed methodological approaches to the assessment of internal and external environment of automotive industry. The subject of the study is theoretical-methodological and scientific-practical principles of planning and regulation of automotive industry in Ukraine. Author’s recommendations are used in the planning and regulation of automobile industry in Ukraine. The sphere for the use of author’s recommendations is revered to public authorities.
