Kaylo I. Admissibility of evidence in criminal procedure of Ukraine

Essence of admissibility of evidence in criminal proceedings of Ukraine is researched in the work, in particular, on the basis of the critical analysis of scientific views concerning legal nature of admissibility of evidence, the author suggests his understanding of its concept and conditions, which include appropriate procedural source, appropriate subject of gathering evidence and appropriate procedural form. The most attention is paid to research of influence of specifics of procedural sources of evidence (testimonies, physical evidence, documents, expert conclusions) on the mechanism of securing of their admissibility. Besides, the author analyzes peculiarities of prosecutor's supervision and court activity as guarantees of securing of admissibility of evidence.
