Essay

In the thesis the actual scientific and technical problem of protection electronic equipment against electromagnetic radiation have been considered and the principle of construction a polymer composite material for efficient screening equipment in a wide frequency range from 30 MHz to 30 GHz have been proposed. The compounds of electro conductive composites based on graphite-carbon fillers, polyvinyl butyral and transition metal oxides and their mix (or nano- and micro - particles of metal) were developed and defined the scope of the composites of different compound as shielding materials. There was established existence of synergistic effect increasing the screening properties of composites using fillers of different nature, in particular mix of graphite and graphitized carbon. Based on the metric characteristics there was developed a technological scheme of forming a shielding composites and protective polymer coatings based on them.
