Kyivska K. Information technology integrated modeling of construction projects

Dissertation is devoted to the task of creating a generalized model of construction projects, consisting of a set of models obtained from software systems for different purposes at different stages of the life cycle. The analysis of modern information systems, modeling of construction projects, means the integration of their information models for the construction of a generalized model of construction projects. Made formalization types BIM-technology models, based on which the basic criteria for the construction of objects of the parameters and requirements, which they are subject, depending on the presentation in the various models. To solve the problem of creating a generalized model of construction projects, developed a mathematical model parameterization which allows to synthesize the parameters of the different models and their subsequent evaluation and solution of various representations of identical parameters in different models. A method of multi-criteria combination of parameters of elements of information models of construction projects. It is proposed to use the method of automated collection of various types of loads on the elements of the model. Developed software integration of information models of construction projects, which contains information about the model, derived from a variety of information systems at various stages of its creation. The results of the thesis are introduced in the design and construction companies of Ukraine and used in the software package SAPFIR-3D.
