Essay

Object: myopia. Purpose: to optimize of diagnosis of axial, refractive, combined and mixed myopia which is based on a study of morphometric and functional eye parameters with using the modern methods of examination and to establish the differential using of the orthokeratology treatment. Object: myopia. Methods: ophthalmological, clinical; optical coherent tomography, A-scan. Established the objective borders for the diagnostic of axial, refractive, combined and mixed myopia of myopia. The coefficients K1 and K2 were calculated which based on the relationship between anterior chamber depth, lens and vireos length. The link of the morphometric and functional parameters refer to axial and refractive myopia established. Were refined scientific data on the differential diagnostic differences of the eye morphometric and functional parameters in patients with different types of myopia. The efficiency of the orthokeratology therapy supplemented with scientific data on. Results of work are introduced into clinical practice in the SI "The Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy Of NAMS of Ukraine" and Medical treatment and preventive care institution "Chernygiv regional pediatric hospital".
