Essay

The thesis is focused on characterizing a joint-stock bank as a subject of administrative law. Peculiarities of administrative and legal guaranteeing of creation, registration and licensing of the joint-stock bank's activities have been determined. Features of organizational and staff structure of the bank's management, rights and obligations of the employees have been considered. The author has found out the essence of administrative and legal guaranteeing of providing services by the joint-stock bank and its interaction with other subjects of legal relations.
