The results showed that predictors of disorders reparative osteogenesis in the consolidation of long bones may include changes in markers of bone formation: the high content of Ca, Mg and inorganic P in serum of patients with high daily excretion of inorganic phosphorus in urine, lack of expected high activity of alkaline phosphatase while increasing acid phosphatase activity, low activity of serum calcitonin with PTH simultaneous high activity and low activity of testosterone and estradiol in the body of patients of both sexes, lowered maintenance TGFB-1.
