Thesis is a clinical operation, the optimization of diagnosis of structural and functional changes in oral status of patients when using metal-ceramic bridge constructions. A method for determining the intensity of occlusion pressure in patients with non-replaceable metal-ceramic prosthesis using the sensor film using the method CВСT objectively evaluated the structural and functional changes in bone tissue. Developed and implemented in the practice of clinical and statistically demonstrative method of determining the state of oral hygiene in patients with fixed metal-ceramic bridge restorations using microscopic crystallography, which confirms the high quality level of the correlation model (R = 0,983; R2 = 0,966). Multivariate analysis of variance revealed the dominant level of correlation indicators occlusion the factor term use of non-removable metal-ceramic bridge constructions in the distal portions of dentition (F = 581,871). A significant statistically proven width dependence of the amounts of the periodontal ligament in the apex area (F = 563,007) and the indicator of bone density in the apex area (F = 779,43) by the same factor.
