Shapka A. Administrative and legal principles of information security providing in activity of Ukrainian state bodies of fiscal services

Dissertation is devoted to the theoretical understanding and comprehensive solving problems of informational security providing in the activity of Ukrainian state bodies of fiscal services. In the dissertation there was made the theoretical generalization and was proposed new solving of scientific problem, which is consists in the formulation of scientifically grounded recommendations to determine the essence, content and features of informational security providing in the activity of Ukrainian state bodies of fiscal services and justification directions of improving the national legislation and practice of its application in the mentioned sphere. Moreover, there was determined concept and essence of information in the activity of Ukrainian state bodies of fiscal services and was singled out the range of subjects in providing informational security of the Ukrainian state bodies of fiscal services.
