In the thesis the theoretical generalization and new solution of important scientific and practical tasks of integration tools for diagnosis and controlling in management of agricultural enterprises is offered. The genesis of scientific views on tools for diagnosis and management of controlling system of economic relations are investigated. Structure and implementation mechanism for tool management functions in the control system of management of agricultural enterprises is grounded. Methodological approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of diagnosing and monitoring the functioning of agricultural enterprises are outlined. Efficiency of the diagnostics systems usage in managing and controlling agricultural enterprises is estimated. Structural and dynamic trends in the level of economic efficiency of agricultural enterprises and the level of implementation of control functions in the system of management are revealed. Areas of application of predictive diagnostic tools in managing and controlling agricultural enterprises are identified. Organizational and economic principles of implementation of the control function of management of agricultural enterprises are grounded. The mechanism of adoption and implementation of management decisions on the basis of diagnosing and controlling in management of agricultural enterprises is considered. Organizational principles of formation of subsystems of diagnostics and controlling the system management of agricultural enterprises are developed.
