The object of study is the process of providing financial and investment potential of industrial enterprises. Goal: further development of theoretical positions and development of methodological approaches to the financial and investment potential of industrial enterprises. Methods: the historical method; the method of scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis; induction and deduction methods; a comparison method; methods of grouping and systematization; statistical methods. The bellowing was proposed: The formation of the investment potential of industrial enterprises; scientific and methodical approach to the development of integral index of financial and investment potential; scientific and methodical approach to the choice of provision of financial and investment potential of industrial enterprises. The scientific concept of providing financial and investment potential of a business entity, which is based on the paradigm of its dualistic entity, based on the determining the interrelated financial and investment potentials on the ability of investment attractiveness. This allows to create an integrated system aimed at the strategic choice of financial and investment potential development. Was developed and theoretically substantiated for the first time. Were improved: Dualistic nature of the concept of "investment and financial capacity"; scientific-methodological approach to the generalization of indicators of impact on components of the evaluation of the investment potential; the generalization of the methodological foundations of the financial and investment potential; a methodical approach to the formation system of identifying and addressing risks received further development. The practical significance of the work is determined by the implementation of results in industrial enterprises activity.
