Essay

The thesis is devoted to complex research of implementation of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights in Ukraine from positions of administrative - legal science. The study used time between domestic and foreign experts on this issue. Within the study carried investigated problem matters affecting interpretations of nature. the rights of citizens of Ukraine to appeal to international judicial institutions in the context of the implementation of the principle of access to justice and the concept of the nature and content of applications of citizens of Ukraine for the protection of violated state rights and freedoms to the European Court of Human Rights, the legal nature of the decisions of the ECHR for Ukraine and concepts form of implementation of the European cud in the legal field of Ukraine.
