Dissertation research is devoted to the development of theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations on the state regulation of economic turnover of agricultural land. Developed structural and logical scheme of economic turnover of agricultural land and a scheme of state regulation of economic turnover of lands of agricultural purpose. The basic elements (rental, tax, credit, insurance, price, market) and instruments (interest rates) state regulation of economic turnover of land in agriculture. Reveals current status, trends and effectiveness of the state regulation of economic turnover of agricultural land. Tested a new methodological approach to calculation of normative monetary value on materials of Poltava region and carried out a comparative analysis with the existing method, resulting in, confirmed the advantage of the new method. Considered state regulation of economic turnover of agricultural land with a systematic approach, whereby the main problems and shortcomings of the regulation and proposed guidelines for improving its effectiveness.
