Research object: the development of socio-economic potential (SEP) production of organization; the purpose of the work: to study is theoretical and methodical support of diagnostics of socio-economic potential of production; research methods and instruments: interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary approach, system approach, morphological analysis, methods of analysis and synthesis, correlation analysis method and the method of peer review, multivariate factor analysis, interviewing method, graphical method; theoretical and practical results, introduced and practically tested concept of "mosaic evolution of structural elements of EPS production" - one of the forms of BOT, in which: 1) each of the structural elements of the SEP is at different stages of their life cycle, has its own pace of development, 2) changes in the individual structural elements of the SEP occur without simultaneous changes in other or with their own uneven pace of development, which, unlike existing paved the way for strengthening constructive diagnosis of EPS production organization in a current time; tool providing rapid diagnosis of EPS production organization through the use of modified model VRIO-analysis; methodical support of diagnostics subjective component of SEP (through the personal factors of production of EPS workers), enriched by the introduction of diagnosing component that evaluates the ability of workers to the production of reflection and adaptation to dynamic changes in the life cycles of the structural elements of the production of EPS; conceptual theoretical and methodical support of diagnostics of EPS production organization through established based on a multidisciplinary approach original terminology, the feature of which is the harmonious combination of terms and instruments of various sciences, unlike the others, allows a comprehensive analysis of the complex nature of EPS production organization in the process of diagnosing; methodical approach to diagnosis of EPS production organization, which difference is the logic and structure of stages which are combined into blocks; subject and degree of introduction: developments are put in practical activity of PJSC "Kharkov Electrical Engineering Plant "UKRELECTROMASH"", PJSC "Kharkiv Machine Building Plant "SVET SHAKHTYORA""; sphere of the use: diagnosis of social and economic potential of industrial organization.
