Stetsyk B. Methodology of investigation of illegal medical activity.

The dissertation is devoted to the development of methodology of investigation of illegal medical activity. The concept, subject matter, structure and elements of criminalistical characteristic of illegal medical activity were examined in the study. Typification of investigative situations of the outset of pre-trial proceedings of illegal medical activity was performed. The system of typical versions during the investigation of crime, that is being researched, was developed. Problematic issues of organization and tactical provision of investigation of illegal medical activity were examined, particularly, the optimal complex of investigative (search) activities was defined and tactics were suggested for conducting crime scene investigation, documents investigation, interrogation and search. Opportunities for application of special knowledge during the investigation of illegal medical activity were defined.
