Object - aggressive influence of drilled cuttings components on physical and mechanical properties and water resistance of soil-cement; aim - study of soil-cement for water resistance and chemical resistance to drilling waste and exploitation of oil and gas wells, development of watertight screen sludge pit design solutions; methods - experimental study of cuttings corrosive components influence on physical and mechanical properties and water resistance of soil-cement, mathematical modeling of VAT system "soil-cement watertight screen of sludge pit - ground warp"; feature of novelty - research of aggressive drilling waste components influence on soil-cement waterproof and its physical and mechanical properties, soil-cement corrosion resistance to drilling wastes was determined, new data on the VAT system "soil-cement watertight screen of sludge pit - ground warp" was obtained; system design scheme was compiled, new design of earthen containers with soil cement watertight screen manufactured without removing the soil was developed; results - factor of chemical resistance soil-cement for cuttings was determined, effective design of sludge pit for toxic waste drilling and operation of oil and gas wells with soil-cement watertight screen was developed, projects of soil-cement antifiltration curtains around underground facilities and waterworks were drafted, guidelines (ISO N) for the design and construction of soil cement watertight screen were drafted; industry - building
