Fesenko O. Legal status of internally displaced persons under administrative law in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of the legal status of internally displaced persons under Ukrainian administrative law. The research reveals the content of the term "internally displaced person", which is based on its genesis in international and national law. Detailed comparative analysis of the administrative-legal status of foreigners and of such categories of forced migrants as refugees, beneficiaries of subsidiary or temporary protection, asylum seekers and internally displaced people is also conducted. In addition, the paper highlights the evolution of the international and domestic legal framework for IDPs and determines criteria for classification of Ukrainian legislation in this sphere.
