Essay

The dissertation provides theoretical generalization and new accomplishment of scientific task - definition of essence and peculiarities of administrative-legal bases of control in the sphere of health care. As a result of research conducted the work formulates a number of conclusions, propositions and recommendations for accomplishment of the stated objective. Based on the analyses of positions of the prominent scientists and related normative-legal base the dissertation defines a notion of health care as an object of control.
