The thesis summarizes complex clinical, laboratory and instrumental examination of 128 patients with chronic pancreatitis combined with chronic bronchitis. The features of clinical course, functional and structural disorders of the pancreas, the frequency and characteristics of the small intestinal bacterial overgrowth syndrome, indices of magnesium in the blood and hair, the quality of life of patients. Correlation analysis allowed us to estimate the role of magnesium metabolic disorder in the pathogenesis of comorbidities. Expediency of inclusion of magnesium in the complex therapy of this disease is substantiated. Industry - medicine.
